The First Month

Wow, it's been a long while! I've been horrible about keeping the blog updated. Our new baby girl Alison is here and I'm determined to get back into posting on a regular basis. So, we've been through the first month with our new addition and all is going well. She's been to the pediatrician a few times already and is healthy and growing great. She is in the 50th percentile for growth except her head measurements are in the 75th percentile. We were at the doctor's last week and she weighed 8 lbs 10 oz and is 21 inches long. She was born 7 lbs 3 oz and 19.5 inches. She gets up 2-3 times at night to eat but hopefully that will decrease in the coming weeks (crossing fingers).
